Betty ZHANG
Senior migration consultant and CEO of Newquay Consulting, is an Australian registered migration agent.
Ms Zhang holds a Master Degree in Business and a Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law. Due to her unique professional background and migration expertise, she is a highly regarded member of the profession with many years of business and immigration experience.
Prior to establishing Newquay Consulting, Ms Zhang was employed at Ernst & Young, one of the world’s top four accounting firms and a global leader in its industry. She then commenced working with the Australian Immigration Department in the business investigation section and later as visa case officer in the business section.
With her deep understanding of Australia’s immigration policies, Ms Zhang has led the team at Newquay Consulting in making an outstanding and ongoing contribution to Australia’s migrant community.

Siwu (Simon)Chen
Siwu (Simon)Chen is an Australian registered migration agent and a member of Migration Institute of Australia (MIA).
Mr Chen is a senior migration consultant at Newquay Consulting and holds a double degree in Engineering and Art, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Australian immigration law. With his extensive legal background and over ten years’ experience in providing immigration advice, Mr Chen has successfully helped countless clients in migrating to Australia.
Jingye (John) Zhang
Jingye (John) Zhang is an Australian registered migration agent and a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA). Prior to joining Newquay Consulting, Mr Zhang worked in the Australian Government’s research department for more than ten years where he developed a broad network of professional relationships.
In 2007, Mr Zhang became an Australian registered migration agent. With his extensive social and professional associations built over twenty years of living and working in Australia, and his dedication to creating customised migration solutions for each of his clients, Mr Zhang is a senior migration consultant and valued member of the Newquay team.
